Can anyone recomend a good rider training group around dumbarton/clydebank area or nearby? Failing that is there any in glasgow that comes highly recomended? Used to be an instructor for pro bike in irvine so I knew who was good and bad but been away from it for over 12 years now so thought Id ask here first for recomendations. Its for a bloke at work.

You could try BikeRite.Its in the Dalmarnock/Rutherglen area.A couple of my mates passed their direct access with them a few years back.

I don't think Bikerite are there any more as that site is now a Tesco & Self Store thingy.

One of the senior observers at IAM Glasgow North is also a full time m/c training instructor. I'll find out who he works for.
Just managed to get in contact only to be told he's given it up, couldn't earn enough.
He has no personal knowledge of companies in the Dumbarton area so couldn't make a recommendation.
