Ring 5 in 1 Tyre Inflator/Jump Starter/Powerbank etc.

Iv 2 of the jumpstart power banks and they are great for the money

arrived earlier this week. Its a bit bulkier than I had expected but looks solid and good quality. I think I'll use this in the car as I need one for there.
Cheers Martin for the tip!

Specs have it as 245 x 120 x 120 mm so almost 10 x 5 x 5 inches. Is that about right from what your comment alludes to?

Yes, it did say on the website but I just underestimated it. It’s fine and as said looks pretty sold & good quality.
Yup , unpacked mine too when I got back home from Nashville.
Great kit . Not small but will replace the tyre inflator and jump starter in my car in UK . It’s smaller than inflator gun but also being a jump starter means only one small box in boot instead of two larger ones

I got one from the long haired General for Christmas, bulky alright. I've not used it in anger to jump start a car but I've used it to top up the tyres in the four family cars. It inflates very quickly and after doing 16 tyres had used one brain cell on the battery indicator

I had a similar ring compact jump starter. Always kept in the front of the van. Not bashed about.

Needed it 6 months after buying on a cold night to start the van after I’d been in and out all day and flattened the vehicle battery.

Even though it showed full charge it didn’t have any poke in it. Wouldn’t start the van.

Maybe a bike. But I don’t think any of these pack the punch they are advertised as.

Judging by its size / weight, anyone thinking of carting the Ring thing on their bike, can forget it.

PS This excludes anyone with humungous panniers and anyone who usually takes the kitchen sink away with them.

Is it OK to use one of these to Jump Start a bike?
I tried it in anger a few weeks ago when, after its winter hibernation, my 4 year old GSA battery which was on BMW trickle charger all winter in a heated garage decided to give up the ghost on the last trip as part Ex. Worked perfectly first time.
It is a bit bulky for bike travel and I have a slim line one for that but this one I keep in wife’s car and it’s a great piece of kit IMO

Could I be so bold to ask what is the make and model of the slim one you have for the bike.
