Ring camera problem with VPN connection.

I’ve finally invested in a vpn, Surfshark. Ever since the ring camera app on my phone won’t connect to the camera, says it can’t find my connection. Strange thing is my iPad still connects.

I’ve updated the phone app but no luck.

Can anybody help?
