Hi all,
If you havnt yet discovered Northumberland County Council have been repairing potholes.
In the Otterburn/West Woodburn Bellingham area this appears to have been achieved by filling the holes with tarmac mixed with gravel and topped with gravel. The result is that what was previously a hole is now a bump covered with and surrounded by loose gravel. In places there are several together which produces a very unstable surface.
No doubt this method has been used elsewhere
