I love the Conti's but I'm wearing them out to quick!

Anybody using something different? I need a tyre thats gonna wear well but with plenty a grip on the shoulders and a little harder down the centre. Good in the wet too!

The daily commute to work is squaring the feckers off to quick!

Cheers

Hi,
I have 17" cast wheels on my w-reg GS fitted with a Bridgestone BT 020 on the front and have just replaced the rear with the new BT 021. The 021 has a harder compound in the middle for increased mileage and a softer compound at the sides for better grip. I've done just over a hundred miles on the new rear and initial thoughts are very positive, loads of grip in the twisty bits! I know it's early days but so far I'd recommend them. :thumb

I get around 8K from Michelin RoadPilot2 - good wear and decent wet/dry performance
