Road Trip map detail wont unlock

Hi Guys, ive got a new bmw nav IV which is running City Navigator 11 with no problems, I've tried to install the dvd onto my Mac so i can plan routes with Road Trip but it keeps telling me the 'map detail is locked' even though everything is obviously unlocked. Ive spoken to the dealer who could only suggest un-installing and re-installing which hasnt helped. Can anyone help?

For a Mac use Base Camp I think you will find development stopped some time ago on Road Trip

Use base camp, but you still need to unlock it to your mac. Connect your Nav IV to your Mac, and then when it says maps are locked follow the prompts to unlock maps online.

Thanks guys, had a quick play with basecamp this afternoon and got it uploading and downloading to the nav. Not the easiest of things to use though is it!! Bit more practice needed.
