Roadlok spacers

Just a query, do any of you fine chaps know, If I can transfer my Roadloc from an Xr to a Gs 1250 with the new brakes.?
When I brought mine, it came with bag if spacers as well!
Cheers in advance

No reason why not, XR have Brembo, and Brembo and hayes fit 1250.

For those of you having issues with alignment when putting the pin in, don’t bother! What I mean is don’t bother to align the wheel to get the pin through a hole. The bike will still be secure within a few centimetres of movement. It’s what I do every time with mine so releasing the pin is simple. If you are worried try moving the bike (do this from the side stand slowly so you don’t do any damage) you'll find the pin pings into the next hole of course. Also this way tells you if your bike’s been moved.
Sorry to revive this thread. Just got a new Roadlok, haven't installed it and tried it yet.

If you leave the bike unattended like this, with the pin in place but not in the hole, I'm guessing the assumption is that once a thief starts moving the front wheel, the pin will lock into place. However, if the pin isn't in the hole, could the thieves simply unscrew the caliper bolts and take the lock off?

Correct.

I also only ever engage the pin when the bike is on the centre stand - can sometimes be a bugger to pull the locking pin out if rolled to engage.

I'm having this problem with a new Roadlok install. Using the Hayes brakes on my 2020 GSA. The pin goes in smoothly when the bike is on the centre stand. Put the bike on the side stand and insert the pin, lock it and let it find the hole in the disk and its hell to come back out. It left me nearly stranded recently.

I installed on my 2017 GS. I found the first installation gave me similar problems...I then reviewed and changed the spacers i have used, moving the pin further outwards on the disc rather than more central. Works well now. I think in the end i used the spacer combo from earlier in this thread.
