Rockers!

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the rockers that are marked 1 and 11 in Roman numerals on the 80’s bikes.

Aaah right...tell him Thank-you!.... and tell him I wondered why they were marked, they won’t fit on the other valve anyway.... I guess it’s to identify them when off the bike.
