Wanted rolex submariner strap

hi gents, and ladies, I have a half gold submariner with one of the gold in the links worn through. rolex only want to sell me a new strap so does anyone know of someone or accompany who could repair the link?btw it's not one of the adjustable links you can unscrew, that would be far easier.

Try Russel Talerman in London, just off Oxford St. I have used them before for Rolex stuff and had good experiences.

Another option is a Rubber B strap. These tend to dress the watch down , so it may not be the look you want.

have tried a crocodile leather strap looks really good but want to keep it's originality as my wife bought it me nearly 40 years ago. it's a shame I'm not going to India as those boys out there would fix it no probs just need to find someone here.

my RubberBand strap lasted 2 years for its £200 price tag. Bought a knock off one from some online retailer for £20. Lasted 4 years till I decided to get my bracelet repaired. I used someone in Portsmouth. Very reliable and easier to do business with than Russel. If you search for posts on here it'll pop up. I think he was called the watch guy or something. He has a solid reputation and all the tools necessary. My link also snapped.
