Roll Call For Yorkshire Members

Plus one for Otley.
I'm up for comparing flat caps, while discussing the merits of cross bred flying ferrits, with my fellow Yossers.
However as geographically handy Squires cafe is, for all points N/S/E & west its as over priced as BMWs clothing department. There are far better cafes, far better locations, and far cheaper and better food, to be had in Gods front garden.

AdamA's got a ride posted for 21st, should run it in nicely for you :P

Think it'll be going straight into the garage until the weather improves - normally late Feb/early March - as I don't want to get salt on it :augie

Used to ride all year round, but don't need a winter bike any more as my company very kindly gave me a nice car after I passed my test last year at the grand old age of 39 :P

You'll be missing some of the bikes best assets if you put it away all winter.
Just got my new 1200 run in,mostly done on wet mucky roads around the North Yorkshire Moors and they really do come into their own in these conditions.
Get some of that acf stuff sprayed on it and enjoy, especially so considering where you live.

Sadly it's tucked away in the inlaws garage until I get a garage built at home in the spring, so it's not convenient to get it out at this time of year as I'm quite anal about cleaning my bikes after they've been used on salted roads - don't have enough time for a decent ride and a good clean before it gets dark :(

I used to ride all year round until I passed my car test last year and got a company car, so I did use to be a proper biker :P
