Your wisdom & insight is so incesive - I remember another Rory, the late Rory Gallagher (RIP) being described as British - interestingly in the case of Sean Kelly (cyclist) he was described as english speaking; he is a man for whom I have a hugh respect but in his prime as a cyclist he was not great at speaking English - when being interviewed on radio he apparently nodded the replys to any questions.
In any event here's to Rory McIlroy; we really do need something to lift the national spirit.

It's great to see him doing so well. Pity we have to listen to local yokels shouting "in the hole" and other such shite continually. Especially when he is teeing off on a par 5! Feckin' numpties.
They treat every sport the same way, just no class. And I think golf is great way to ruin a perfectly good walk! Although I did stay up til after 1 this morning watching him put in another fantastic round. Best of luck to him, keep her lit Rory!
