Bikes on World Tour

High, we are on world tour and the engine of my R1100GS is not running as smooth as before after service.
I had the clutch replaced in Bangkok and the engine is running quite rough, not as smooth as some 10 k before.
I am wondering wether there is a mis-balance between the two cylinders. Or maybe a plugged injection needle.
The idle has become a bit rough, but it gets a bit worse when I starts riding. At 1500-2000 rpm the engine kinda shakes a bit, under normal riding conditions the engine runs rough with a some vibration. Power is still OK.
Any idea about the reason: cables, injection needles, spark plugs, magnetic valves, slight mis-synchro?
Thanks in advance.
Many greetings from the Cameron Highlands in Malaysia Kai

Sorry mate am a BAKER.

But give it 10 minutes and I`m sure somebody will be along, theres loads of folks that are very knowagable.

Cheers,

Eat bread stay slim.

Bit difficult to diagnose at a distance, but sounds like throttle bodies out of balance. Suggest a visit to another dealer to check. Sorry I can't be of more help.

check the cables at the engine end are seated properly, common fault. Hopefully its as simple as that

Try slackening off the r/h throttle cable a little - possibilty the cable might be allowing it to open too early. Could also possibly be running weak .If your not near a dealer try adjusting co pot if you have one - access hole underneath rear mudguard on r/h side of bike.Lookin at it from underneath try turnin the screw a couple of turns anti clockwise. Have they disconnectd any of the sensors accidently with the ignition switched on? It will log a fault in the engine management computer if so.
