I was planning on stopping in Pamplona on 7th July enroute to Bagneres, but it's the first night of the bull running festival, so the hotels are £200+ 
The ferry docks at 12:15pm and we want to be in the hotel by around 5-ish via scenic roads with minimal motorways miles.
Any suggestions around the 150-200 mile mark. Scenic old towns preferred
I want to ride the Col du Tourmalet the next day, so I guess I still want to be in the Pamplona area
