I will be travelling from the North side of Lyon to the South East side in a few weeks. (A6/E15 from the North and wanting to "exit" on the A43/E70 towards Chambery)
I want to travel as quick as possible, but wont be using any satnav devices at all.
A few route descriptions ive downloaded suggest different routes around the city. One suggests using the N346/E15 route (onto the E70) and another suggests using the A432 onto the E70.

The A432 route looks easier to follow, possibly quicker, but a 2011 map I have suggests that It may only be partially open as yet.
The N346 route is marked as "European route" which to my thinking would appear a faster option though.

As I need to travel as quick as possible, does anyone know which of the above routes I should choose ???

Thanks guys

Just came through Lyon Saturday morning using A6/A7....hit it about 11am shit load of traffic.....so bit of filtering involved....panniers on board.....wife following on her bike.....less than half a hour start,to finish....don't think it would have been quicker going round really..All routes seem well signposted so easy enough...Soon as we were past Lyon jumped on the N7 :thumb2

I just drove down round Lyon using the A432, it's completed now, so that's the way I would go.

Bon route

Rob
