Routes 4 africa to garmin

This is going to sound pretentious, but hey ho! Genuine question........

I've bought and downloaded the GPS maps of Botswana and Namibia from Routes 4 africa. They work lovely on the sony VIAO and the routes are clear.

The garmin zumo 550 however, is not letting me download the maps to the device, so although I can download the routes and waypoints, they are just straight lines, no base map.

Any ideas?

The SA bit works fine as I have both the CD and flash card Garmin maps of SA.

Is Garmin "telling" me to buy the Garmin flash maps of Botswana and Namibia?

Hi Mate,

I had a bit of trouble getting the Mauritania/Senegal and other West Africa maps fro T4A - in the end, it turned out they have a separate set for certain Garmins, contacted them and I was sent a link to the alternate sets and that sorted it.
