they have to be worth a try. i am getting nowhere looking for a bike, , i will hpi it when i get the reg, BMW R1100GS , 1999 T Reg , Red, 7,000 miles , MOT-11-2004. ABS HEATED GRIPS MINT CONDITION MUST BE SEEN

Kalahari Yellow 1100gs. 12k miles... Good bike, Serviced from new, but it does need a bit of spit and polish. Includes panniers and has abs and heated grips. also has a laser exhaust and chip

RS Motorcycles

I live about a mile away from Roding Lane and have actually found their hut in the past (no easy task), so if you need an eyeball (no technical expertise) give me a shout. Digi pics available on request.
RS are primarily a BMW breakers who do servicing, mainly used by the London despatch trade rather than the 'Gentleperson Traveller', it is a very basic set-up but seems to cater for a need.

RS - Now BEMER

I've spent the last month or two researching GSs, on the net and bike trader etc.

I've seen some interestingly priced GS advertised on bike trader and mcn by a company called Bemer. It is only after I clicked on this thread that RS has changed it's to BEMER.

I've take half a day off work to check out 3 GSs, 2 are repaired writeoffs, the other not.

After what I have read about RS, it looks like I'll need to go over them with a fine toothcomb.

Does BMW do a multipoint check for bikes ? Cost ?
