RS Motorcycles now called Bemer Motorcycles

You may remember we had some interesting discussion over RS motorcycles in Essex some time back. It seems they have renamed themselves Bemer Motorcycles.

Anyone know why ? has it changed ownership ? are they perhaps a little more "up front" about some of their stock ?
