rss feeds

I am sure the rss feeds to the threads I subscribed to used to used to update often - like hourly

Is it me/my apps or is the period between updates slower. recently the airhead feed seam to be nearly a day old, right now it only shows posts 18hours ago?

Also the url seems to have changed

used to be

but now is
