Has anyone heard any thing about a water cooled RT for next year ?

The only thing I have heard is that they may stop making them, that has to be rubbish

Where'd you hear they may stop making them because it seems unlikely. On recent performance the RT follows the GS by some while

I think the RT is to too big a deal for BMW to just drop, plenty of people buy them, it's just not as popular as the GS, I'm not worrying

Exactly, they need a "proper" BMW tourer on their books and the RT is the only one to fit the bill at the moment. Even though I think the new scooters look like RTs, they aren't the same thing.

And what would they sell as an Authorities bike too?

I had a K16GT behind me for some time Friday, I was just thinking as I looked in the mirrors that it looked a lot like a scooter from some angles front wise.

My next bike will be the R1250WC RT I'm hoping.
