RT LC Bodywork loose

OK an Odd One, done just over 5.5K on the RT Now since getting it in May and I was noticing a bit of resonance / vibration at speed. Looked down when I got to work in Cardiff and found that the painted plastic around the right hand air intake is loose and it's "opening up" with the air flowing through it. It's not been removed by me and the left side appears to be locked in solid. All the torx screw's are present so I'm wondering if there is some sort of clip on plastic fastener that's come adrift between the intake pipe and the bodywork.

Has anyone else had this or has anyone had their bodywork off yet and can confirm if there is some sort of fastener in there which may have come adrift? Pic attached pointing to the "flappy" bit

Not the screw at the front of that panel, but the two locating plastic tabs at the back seem to have died, so that panel on topside is currently held on by Gaffa tape.

Mine's gaffa taped together to now, have to speak to the dealer, love the bike to bit's but not good on a £15k machine
