Rt swinging arm bearing removal

Any one know were you can get a good priced internal bearing puller too get the cups out?
Or any magic sugestions .

Assuming you're going to change it, run a bead of weld round inside the race, it will shrink and drop out, Simples!

Never used it on my swingarm bearings just on bike wheel bearing and Land Rover drop link joint !
