RTTW 2010 - 2nd October

+1 for that
Stunning turnout ,moving speeches and a funny vicar! what more could you want?

And people again lining the streets and bridges to wave and clap as we rode the route.

Thought the vicar was brilliant and the pipers and bugler really added to the day.

Oh and to those who were there that have served in the various conflicts

:bow

"Humbling" indeed.

WE WILL REMEMBER

A really great day out and the most worthwhile ride I do every year :thumb2

How do they get the weather though? I guess the sun shines on the righteous ;)

I'll be there again next year :beerjug:

+1 yes we too thought it was a very well organized ride and worthwhile event :)

Was a most excellent day to be part of - already looking forward to nexts years events!

If you saw a tall fat kid in a blue t*at suit directing you to park at Drayton Manor that was me. Thank you to everyone for not running me over and thanks to all but that Pan European rider for not parking your bike on my foot :D

Likewise a humbling day to remember our fallen.

As I rode up from London on the Friday afternoon it consistently rained non-stop. I had a few poignant moments of thought that afternoon, as you do when riding by yourself, that at the very least I am able to ride and do this when some of the guys whom I had served with do not :(

Well done to the organisers for a truly well run event, it can only get bigger and better as the year's roll on...... ;)

Graeme ;)
