Just thought i'd comment on another brilliant piece of customer care from the above: Met Johno? (adv w/house) at Hograost and he commented on my broken aux light covers (snapped bracket) and suggested i let RR know. Did that last week (Annette) and no quibble, no hassle and after confirming my original order sent a brand new pair out first class post!!!
