Recently bought a pair of Rukka Apollo leather/Goretex gloves as i was sick of buying so called waterproof gloves that were either NOT waterproof or waterproof and offered next to no protection.

They were expensive at £140 but are well made and appear have a high level of protection. They are a 3 season glove and will not be warm enough for winter use unless you have handguards and heated grips .

They were a bit tight at first as sizing seems to be quite small ( I normally take a size ten glove but had to buy elevens ) but once worn a couple of times they are fine as for being waterproof it seems that it has done nowt but rain since I got them and some of it has been bibilical and guess what they are actually totally waterproof.

I would recommend them with one caveat, do not buy mail order unless you can try a set on somewhere else.
