The clear out continues with my Rukka Kalix 2.0 jacket which I obviously bought after a bout of Dysentery as it’s always been too snug (note to self, when you try on a new jacket try to wear the layers that you’d wear under it when on the bike)

I’m not sure how long I’ve had it, (maybe 18 months), I’ll try to find the original receipt for the remainder of the guarantee, saying that it’s in perfect order complete with a level 2 back protector (they don’t come with a back protector as std)

Any how’s, it’s been lightly worn but as I cant get a layer under it it’s not really had much wear and I’d say it’s in great condition with no rips, scuffs or snags at all, currently these are £699 new plus the back protector @ £90.

The best I can find is used on ebay north of £400 for the jacket - so what about the jacket and level 2 back protector for £375 posted paypal F&F - you wont be disappointed and you wont get wet or better protected if you’re wearing this.

Happy to take more pics if anyones interested.

Can vouch for the Kalix 2, been in a few tremendous downpours and never let in!! Excellent suit!! GLWTS :thumby:

What material is this please?
Might be a daft question , or my screen, but it looks almost like waxed cotton.
Is it zipped or does it have one of those rubber closure things?
Thanks

It’s a cordura jacket that is laminated to goretex so very waterproof complete with a waterproof zip, here’s a full review from the chap in the hat.

I’ve had a bit of interest but it’s still here, this is almost £800 quids worth with the level 2 back protector and it’s as good as new.

Thanks.
Does it have the zip around the back to attach to other (non-kalix) rukka trousers?
It does have a zip at the back to attach to trousers, according to the review from sports bike shop Here it does, screenshot below and photo of the actual jacket trousers zip below
