Went tae Applecross last weekend for a camping trip :) very good site a wee bit of info for those in tents,
theres two levels the higher one across from the wigwams has great views but exposed so if windy makes sure yir tent pegs are in okay.
The lower level gives a bit of protection if windy but not much of a view as theres big tree's in the way

at some point take the coastal route to/fae Applecross it's just stunning. enjoy yir scoot lads

I'll be in Applecross that weekend anyway, so count me in for a few pints. I'll be there with a few of the TDM forum, I hope there isn't a big war between biker gangs.

I wonder if HRH will be able tae drag himsel' away fae his new Xbox game tae tell us whit time we're a' meetin' and whaur aboot? I'm meetin' Cunning Fox for the ride north through Fort William. Late breakfast or lunch at The Lochy. Wait on G.C. daen the dishes and then scoot up tae Applecross.

Being an Applecross virgin, what's the script for essentials? I take it there's a pub we'll be goin' tae but if the weather's guid, is there a shop tae buy a Kerry Oot fae (feck pub prices) or do I pit ma bottle in the panniers afore I leave the Kingdom o' Fife?

I hae tae know these things soz I can start planning :thumb
