running off one one cylinder

Hi there
Whaving had an akrapovic 2-1-2 system fitted to my 2006 GS1200 Adv, the bike is running off on one cylinder. I've had the lambda sensors swapped to see if it relates to that, but to no avail.
Might it be something I didn't notice when that standard exhaust was fitted? I wouldn't have thought so, but the exhaust might, ahem, accentuate things.

Has anyone any ideas about a way forward?

My 2006 had an issue with dodgy ignition and sparks.
Try replacing sparks first.. Then nip into dealer to get coils checked/replaced.

I didn't completely loose one cylinder though, it initially misfired and got worse and worse over about 20 miles.

It might be worth swapping the coils, leads and plugs around and seeing if the problem moves.
