Needed an urgent clutch job done, Peter test rode it at lunch time then Denis priced it all up spending time showing exactly what bits might or might not be needed and then tried his best to squeeze it in to their workshop but couldn't come up with a soon enough date. Not to let me down he checked the workshop slots at Bristol and I got booked in there for the work and have just picked it up today. I know you pay for it, but this did seem to me to be going the extra yard. Denis explained that he hated giving away work but my impending trip was more important.
I intend to return this good deed by not only putting my future servicing his way, but advertising their top attitude on here.
Wasn't even as though I bought the bike from them, not that it should make a difference, but it was my first visit to the place. First impressions count.
