BIG BIG thankyou rydales this morning nothing was too much trouble for them while I was there for 4 hours even kept offering coffee while i was working on my bike using there tools with help from there teci if needed(thanks Mike)

to cut a very long story short all sorted and working again and leaving shortly .

service well and truly above and beyond the call

Yep cant fault them , had a few problems of late with the 04adv
leaking oil from the filler cap took the bike in - part renewed next day, some weeks later same problem 100 miles from home , temp repair by the bmw assist guy , + some car oil to get me home .
took it in the next day,Monday , free loan bike , part ordered
bike ready Tuesday + oil and filter change and new rocker cover.
For a busy dealership ya just Cant fault that..........

Sales Service at Rydale

I recently bought a Dakar from Rydale,
After test riding a 1150 and a 650GS.
I was out for about 2 hrs on the 2 bikes with a friend (we swapped bikes after an hour)
Nicest people I've ever dealt with, no sales pressure, great advice and silky smooth transaction on the Dakar.
A real personal touch to their service - First Class!!

I know where I'll be getting my 1150 Adventure from!!

I agree with all that's been said about the guys at Rydale Cardiff. I test rode a 650GS and 1200GS before buying a 1200GS from them. No sales pressure, very good service, hugely professional handover of the new bike. Very impressed.
