I was in there this morning hving some warranty work done to be told by Gary, the fitter, that mine was the last bike he was working on because he's on his way back to Thunder Road in Bridgend. as of lunchtime today Rydales WILL HAVE NO MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIANS WORKING FOR THEM.
If you want any warranty work/ dealer servicing done in South Wales it's a trip to Bristol at least.
Mike the other tech. left last Wednesday and has set himself up as an independant BMW service agent. He has been told by BMW as long as he uses BMW approved parts warranty will not be affected. I have his details if anybody wants them
