Ryedale Rally 3/4th July

Hi Guys

Good to hear that the "sweeper team" will be at the Ryedale or should I say, my pick up crew.

BamBam (Cain) and I are also hoping to do the Tarrenig Rally (when the regs are out)

yes i saw that, from the people i spoke to (all much better riders than me) they reckoned that its quite a tough one so am going to pass on that one this year

good girl keep trying you will only get better you never get worse if you keep it up it will pay off ```````` infact iwill ride a stage with you the next time i see you and bam bam ok ? as for the mega moto i need to sell it to fund the marroco rally which i want to ride as i am not getting any younger ithink i will be to old at 55! hope to see you all soon

Yep, I respect your thoughts but it is only one day of pain......... plus practise makes perfect

That alone is good enough reason to buy it And who needs to touch the ground anyway... You ride with your feet on the pegs

Yep the Rally camping area it's summer and a very good crack

hotels

I dont fancy camping

Anyone know any nice hotels near the start ?

I think there is some A frame cabins at Lansdale self catering very near.
Pickering is about 7 or 8 miles away..
Camping was good last year plenty of room and toilets.
We have a portable Hot water shower and tent if any GSUKers need to use, but you fill the jerry can up at the water bowser!!!!

I've never done any of these rally's before.

I'm riding the 950 SE


what can I expect, any hints tips.

Is it a couple of days riding to be completed in the required time with a special times stage ?

i've booked in at a pub called the fox and hounds a couple of miles away, don't know if its any good
