Samsung Galaxy 2 Rom upgrade

My wife has a samsung galaxy 2 phone. My wife is Arabic and receives arabic texts etc however this "top of thr range" phone doesn't have Arabic language support on it!

Does anyone know of a suitable ROM from the middle east that I can flash the phone with?

Thankyou. I have tried searching here but there is so many different versions and its not clear what is good or bad!
