This seems to be 200 cheaper than any I can see online

It depends on what operating system you prefer.

Even if the iPhone was better i would still go Samsung simply because i don't like the restrictions or menus on Apple.
I'm sure someone who loves Apple would say exactly the same vice versa.

Both make great phones even if they are expensive.
