Samsung nc10 problem

Got the wireless up and away once i realised that the keyboard on the sammy was'nt quite right!!

there are some numerical keys on the righthandside of the 'board that have dual use. i.e letters or numbers.
how can i ensure that the keys are assigned to letters as the primary??

at the moment, the only way of switching is to use the Fn key... the ampersand is also back to front as well.... reckon that the 'merrycan' set up..

control panel, keyboard settings.....and also check in language bar as well, you can have it set right in one and wrong in t'other.
