Sandwich help

Wow, now thats a proper sandwich! I'll try that!

My poor suggestion is Marmite , tomato and lettuce, and sod the 50% who don't like Marmite!:D

PAUNCH

I now know why some bellies overhang to the extent that boot toe caps never see sunshine.

A contradiction surely. If they want something conservative (ie they don't like change, and will tend to stick to what they know) then it can't be "new". Can it? :nenau

You're 100% correct, Taff but you know the old adage about customers.
The customer is (always right) usually wrong but they're still the f***ing customer. :nenau

It's an ongoing problem we have.
1. Our customer complains that their customer complains that there's no variety, no imagination.
2. We offer sandwiches with expensive ingredients, compiled with imagination and they stay on the shelf, unsold. :banghead:
3. This time, we're hoping to slightly tweak something traditional to give it a 'not the same again' taste but with a slightly off conservative description, so they're not frightened off.

Something like;
Ham, Cheese & Tomato (Continental Style)
to include Ham, Emmenthal Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomatoes with a Chilli Hummus spread.

As I said....the customer's always.....:blast

Thanks for the help everybody. Great imagination. There are some houses, however, I don't want to be invited to for lunch. :D

Why not try a more exotic one once a week and make some sort of promo out of it? Along the lines of "try it and be amazed" or summat. Or "try it and if you retch we'll give you a free one in exchange" :nenau

Double Gloucester cheese, tomato and baby spinach with mayonnaise and a garlic olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing on wholemeal bread. :drool

:drool my version would be; Double Gloucester cheese with onion and chive, thinly sliced tomato and crunchy lettuce with garlic mayo dressing on malted wholemeal or granary bread.

And for the conservatives types, add slice of smoked ham :augie

Thinly sliced venison,lettuce,tomatoe,mayo.
or Venison and cranberry jelly.

easy, cheap to make,Venison naturally sounds more expensive than ham/chicken.But is as healthy and natural a meat that you could find.

Butter buth slices of bread heavily, crush up two Cadbury Flakes and sprinkle both over one slice, squish chocolate into butter. Crush one bag of Smokey Bacon HulaHoops and sprinkle onto the other slice, slap 'em together, take a bite and while yer chewing start making the next one.
Friggin delicious!
