Santander to Laguardia choice roads

Arriving in Santander about 2pm ish a week Monday and have our 1st night's hotel booked at Laguardia on the way to Logrono

Direct Google route is just under 2 and a half hours - any suggestions for good roads on the way without too much detour? 2 people, decent progress, no goat tracks. I've had a look on Google and there's loads of options but can anyone recommend one in particular?

I’ve ridden most of this and it’s pretty good.
Adds a bit to the journey but you always shorten it



But the road between waypoints 3 and 4 is very good.

The CA-643, up & over Portillo de Lunada & continue south on the BU-572
