My campsite location for one night on Monday 10 August 2026, was:

It’s a big site and it’s full. Well run, clean and tidy. Lots of French, Dutch, Italians and a couple of Brits. Very family orientated, I’d guess you’d describe it as. Quiet in the evening, considering it’s busy and high summer. Good staff at checking.
It says on the website that it’s close to Saumur. That’s ‘close’ as in, about five miles. I bicycled in.
Saumur and the Loire are both popular destinations, the town boasts several sites. Previously, I’ve used, Camping L’lle d’Offard. That too is a large site, but an easy (20 minutes) walk into town.

The Offard site was fully booked and / or was unable to accommodate me for just the one night.
