Always like to give feedback when someone does a good job and Craig at SBW did just that. Contacted SBW after speaking to a few dealers with my requirements and Craig did the business, no hard sell and no salesman crap. From start to finish he kept me fully informed while I waited for the bike to be delivered. He sent me pictures of it in the crate and made the whole buying experience positive. Top marks to Craig and the team at SBW.

I must admit I've only been in SBW a few times, but have always been impressed with the service and general "feel" of the place.
I must have given them my details at some point and are usually invited to events, and kept updated with special offers; which I appreciate is not difficult with the Internet. I also get personal emails from several of their customers who appear to have started a dealership riders group.
* I've now moved to North Wales and use Chester Motorrad which are equally as good.
