Does anyone have an opinion on SBW as a dealership?

I've heard some good and some bad reports about them.
They are my local (herts) dealership, so before I commit, it would be good to have some feedback on their after sales/ service attitude, as every dealer is as sweet as pie when they want your money for a bike.

Over the past six years of use they have been good imo, and very helpful in one particular instance when stranded
