I'm new to wireless comms, and am thinking about getting a Scala Q2 or Q4headset, and wondered if there is any problem fitting it to the System 6 helmet due to the sun visor slider?
Thanks for any advice.

Looked at a Scale Q2 and Schuberth C3 today.
Where the visor lever is is just the place where you want to have the Q2. However, I fiddled a bit and it is possible to have it towards the back of the slider and still have the mic near the mouth.
I understand that Scala are hoping to bring out a longer boom due to this issue.
how it fits in with the System 6 I don't know but basically the same helmet.

Joe,
Thanks for your reply. I have decided to go with the Interphone F4 because it looks like it should fit better on the Sys6 (hopefully).

Thanks,
Mike

I've got a Scala Solo Rider, on a System 6, with a standard length mike boom and it's fine.
Always pairs with sat nat & phone, with no problem, great battery life and clear audible comms.

If your going down the blue tooth unit then the G4 IMHO is the one to go for, but all bluetooth units can only do one thing at a time and have limts. Great for short trip London / city commute but again IMHO thats about it! :blagblah lol

Please tell me how you fitted it, I have been puzzling over this for a while and can't see a solution yet.............the standard Q2 fitting clamp doesn't seem to fit the wide trim on the helmet.

I used the adhesive pad fixing, that came with the kit.
Creates a strong bond, after curing...
