Scala rider issues

Hi just got the scala rider q1 and q3 team sets paired them ok but on testing them in the house i only get half the conversation or i just carnt hear her at all volumes right up aswell any ideas what could be wrong please

Which half?

If first half - you may be using vox and it isn't picking up first words?

Have you checked the manual? If you haven't got one - you can download it

Hi its the first half supposedly trying it in your living room isnt how it works due to the way its set up for ambient noise around you so will test on the bike and see what happens
