Myself and mate bought a teamset two years ago and they have worked great, until recently. The issue is I can hear my sat nav and my mate on intercom no problems clear as a bell, on the other hand he now can only hear me clearly about 35% of the time, the rest he can just faintly hear a whisper.
How do I establish whether its his earpiece or my mike ?? would add that my headset is new.:nenau

Mine too, Been out today with headset on, my unit packed in after about an hour, suspect internal battery failure , googled for a fix no help from Scala, found instructions on how to strip and replace battery, so unit in pieces new battery ordered. Mine also about 2 and a half years old. Regards RB

Im not losing power at all, just getting fed up hearing the mate say I cant feckin hear u.

Is the 35 percent of the time that he can hear you when you are going slowly? Denise had problems hearing me at anything over 50, but was fine once we turned her earpiece volume up.

yes correct, and yes again we did try his volume , he swears its up full.

Are his earpieces in a good position in his helmet? Or the right way round (I don't know anyone who would do that! :blast)

ive noticed a spare headset on ebay im after so will try that, if it still causes problems it must be his earpiece.
