Scala Rider Q2 Pro - music drop-outs

Although I can hear the music tracks played on the Nav V, I am finding that they drop-out (I think they pause) in a random manner. At first, I thought that it was caused by some proximity alert, but I have turned that off.

I try to determine that after time, these dropouts stop (that's the impression I have) but maybe I am just getting used to them!

Does this happen with all headsets?

Me too!

I have a similar experience with my Nav V and Scala G9, with mine it is not a 'pause' but a 'mute' as the track comes back in further on not at the point the audio stopped. It seems to happen nearly every track, but not all tracks. I think it has done it ever since I had it (2+ years) so it doen't seem to have been 'introduced' or indeed fixed by software updates - sorry I can't provide a fix but at least you know your not the only one
