Hi,

Just wondered what the general opinion was about being able to clearly hear turn instructions on a Scala Rider with earplugs in ? I will not be listening to music or using a phone.

I use Max earplugs and I have to make then a little shorter by cutting off the end of the bell shape so that I have all day comfort. If I am on a tour and don't do that after a couple of weeks day in day out it can make my ears a bit sore (and yes I do clean and change earplugs). Probably just got weird shaped lugholes !

I have a Shoei XR1000 and I hope there is room with earplugs in to fit the earpiece comfortably.

Shouldn’t be a problem with the XR1000 or the plugs.
Used that set up (off and on) over the last couple of years to good effect.
Some times the voice commands aren't too clear but a quick glance to the screen tells me what I need to now.
