Schuberth and Nokia pairing

I apologise if this question has already been asked but I couldn't find any previous threads.

I have a Schuberth C3 which I have just fitted their bluetooth SRC to. I have paired it to my Zumo 660 without any problems but I am having problems with my Nokia 5800, I can operate the phone from the Zumo but it doesn't connect to the helmet.
I followed the instructions by connecting the helmet to the 660 then the phone to the 660 but the phone rings but nobodies home.

Have you got the latest firmware from Garmin and Nokia? The Zumo550 did things like this, until the later firmware versions 'fixed' everything. I found the later Nokia versions helped too...

Yes both the Zumo and Nokia have the latest updates.
