Seems to be a tad more advanced than the bluesonic system . With a helmet to helmet range of up to 300 metres.
It is compatable with the C3 helmet . ( now i wonder about the system 6 as im waitin hard on the fittings for it )

Thanks for finding that link. I think apart from the fact that it looks an absolute million deutchmarks, typically well designed like the rest of the Schubie stuff, it's the bit that says it's A2DP compatible. This is a real breakthrough for us iPhone users.

I think the original Bluesonic was definitely not A2DP. If the new system does as it says, then at last I have my solution to iPhone music streaming and call taking, with probably the best button solution you could ever imagine.

I hope it really works....- think I might take the plunge.....

Bluetooth for Schuberth

Nice to have options, but I have discounted all the external kits as unsightly, and will all probably generate extra wind noise, so you'd need the noise cancelling this particular kit provides.

Given the choice I'll stick with the system specifically designed for the helmet.

Fair play, your decision, but at least make an informed one rather than just assume.
I have used the previous Interphone for a couple of years now.
They don't generate any extra wind noise , and the F4 also has noise cancelling to reduce the wind noise the helmet and bike create anyhow.
They work brilliantly, with crystal clear comms (so much so that people never believe I am riding the bike).

Probably worth the extra £100 and a trip to Germany to get the built in option tho.

Why do people feel the need to attack on a forum:

"Fair play, your decision, but at least make an informed one rather than just assume."

and sarcasm too - great - just spoil the whole of UKGSer - back to lurking I guess:

Why do people feel the need to be overly sensitive and think everyone that doesn't entirely agree with their POV is attacking them?:nenau

The last line wasn't sarcasm, it was genuine. Of course a built in system designed to be built in with a specific helmet is going to look better than a generic bolt on system, hence if looks are important to you, it probably IS worth the extra £100 and a trip to Germany to get the built in option.

The first line wasn't an attack, it was a simple statement of FACT. You HAD made your decision by assuming, not through taking the advice of those who have actually used the systems or indeed using it yourself.

I do apologise for spoiling the whole of UKGSer with the above post.
(That was sarcasm btw. ;))

Not everyone in life will agree with your viewpoint. It doesn't mean they are attacking you. Do get over yourself and grow up, there's a love.:comfort

Pleasure.
The idea was to provide some help and advice with a possible alternative should you decide the Schuberth wasnt the way ahead.
Hopefully somebody else that is interested in the Schuberth but would prefer a good, cheaper and more readily available alternative will find it of some use and not throw it back in my face cos they can't cope with someone having a different POV. :)

It appears they have now made it onto ebay Germany......

299 yo-yos

All the enquiries I've made suggest that the next supply into Germany is at the end of the month. I ordered through Louis.de but their dispatch department could not accept more than a couple of lines of address, PLUS it is dispatched by DHL in Germany and then abandoned to the UK Royal Mail 1st Class system here, so I've now found another company to try.

Will let you know how I get on.

Jaegerman - I will be very interested to know how you get on as I've been wanting a more elegant solution to comms in my Schuberth C3. (Is yours a C3, by the way?) I have a Scala kit, but have been reluctant to fit as it obviously involves a bit of surgery to the helmet.

Presumably the equipment you're considering is relatively straightforward to fit - I had heard that it was a dealer fitment.

If you are hoping to purchase from Germany, would you be willing to get one for me at the same time?

Thanks - Penguin

The system 6 bluetooth is a dealer fit (guess they will charge for their time) but the pictures of the c3 kit look like a straight replacement for the bar? and velcro the ear pieces in.
correct me if im wrong:nenau
