Does anyone else experienced a wet neck eventually having been out in the rain? It appears that the water runs down the outside rear of the helmet then down inbetween the black bit at the bottom then down inside of the neck lining. At first it doesn't appear to be wet but stick your fingers inside and it will be(!).
Same applies to the fabric bit at the bottom of the flip front. Also annoying is when you come in from the rain and approach the reception of a hotel or something to ask if there's a room. Up goes the flip and down comes a cascade of rain water!
Finally, how about the latch mechanism that allows the flip to disengage? Mine is fairly stiff, but Amanda's is even more so to the extent that she needs help to open it.
They've got a 3 year warranty with a 24hr turnaround. I'll be off to Busters tomorrow to speak to them but thought I'd see whether it's just me or the helmet first.
