Anyone have any comments on the above ?

I know that they are now discontinued but I've been offered a new one for £250 which seems a good price :nenau

I've had one for about four or five years now, nice comfortable lid, fairly quiet, (with earplugs..) I fitted a pinlock to the visor as it's quite draft proof so tended to mist up.
It's a bit bulky so won't fit in a system pannier, but other than that a very good helmet.

I have had one for five years now not that bad , had to cut dipper holes for autocom ear speakers
But has been as good as gold .
Went and got me a new C3 three months ago and have only put it on my head once ,Have been trying to get it fixed since then. The visor is so floppy and will not stay up .
After ten or more phone calls to schuberth and I do not know how many emails they have said send it back to them at my cost and they will sort it with in three months ,when I said what was I going to use will they had it they asked why I needed a helmet ! but would not just send me the bits to fix it but would send me a helmet to use while mine was fixed .
Kind of strange when they will not pay for me to send it to them.
WILL NEVER buy one again may never send it of to them as well p###d off with them

I've had mine just over four years ago and agree with most of what the others report - comfortable in all conditions and reasonably quiet. I also found it necessary to deepen the ear recesses to take autocom speakers but have had no problems with fogging (so no aftermarket anti-fog devices) and no problems with the visor. Overall, I think it's a quality piece of kit, but I only paid £225 for mine when it was the current model, so I think you could get a better price.:thumb

Had mine two years and it's very comfy, very quiet and fogs like hell! Will be fitting a Fog city Fog chield when I get round to it.

As above, the polystyrene needs scooping out a little to get the autocom speakers in, and the whole thing has ten screws to get it apart!

Love the dark shield, and the visor which pushes forward slightly on both sides to create a bit of draft.

Not so keen on the way the visor shakes if you have it like that at any speed...

Had mine for about three years and a C1 before that.

Very convenient as a glasses wearer, but not as quiet as my Schuberth S1 and S1 Pro and doesnt feel as secure.
