Schuberth comms SRC Charging Port failure

The charging post on my Schuberth SRC C3 Pro has just failed this weekend. I imagine that this is a week point with this system as they are often quite difficult to pair up for charging.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it, time is short as I'm off the France in two weeks.

Happened to me - twice. The pins inside the helmet unit socket bend way too easily.

After the second time I gave up and switched to Autocom. Never going back to Bluetooth now...

Schuberth helmets have a five year warranty, if I remember correctly - not sure if this applies to the bluetooth module - but I'd be surprised if it didn't.
