Schuberth R1 headset fitting.

I've had a quick hunt through the Internets and here, and was wondering if anyone's got any info on fitting headsets (Scala-rider in this case, but anything really) to the Schuberth R1?
I'd like to transplant my headset over to it, but don't have any information on how to dismember the lid.

Regrettably Schuberth's in-house headset option appears to have a) vanished off the face of the earth and b) been dealer-fit only, so I can't steal manuals for that either.

I have Scala Rider Q2's fitted to both my S1 and my sons R1. They are a fiddle but in both cases I have been able to fit the control unit to the side of the helmet OK. The only issue left is with the R1 in that the velco used on the headphones does not stick well inside the helmet. The S1 is fine in this regard so I'm probably going to cut the lining and attach another way.
